For the second consecutive year, The Southern Influence partnered with StudioNow to create property marketing content for more than 50 MAA apartment communities across Texas. Over the course of several months, TSI produced a cohesive library of interior, exterior, amenity and neighborhood photography and video for MAA’s website, paid advertising and out-of-home campaigns.
50+ Properties, One Visual System
Every property required its own creative and logistical plan. TSI handled location scouting, site recommendations, shot lists, production schedules and styling across apartments, shared spaces and amenities. Working closely with on-site property management teams, we prepared each location for production while maintaining a consistent visual standard across the complete portfolio.
Beyond the Property Line
Our coverage extended beyond each apartment community to include restaurants, parks, hiking trails, shopping destinations and neighborhood landmarks within a two-mile radius. These lifestyle visuals helped prospective residents understand not only what each property looked like, but what it could feel like to live there. The project demonstrates TSI’s ability to provide multi-location photography and video production for real estate portfolios with speed, consistency and local context.
