For the second consecutive year, we partnered with our friends at StudioNow to bring over 50 unique communities all across Texas to life in a matter of months. TSI captured photo and video content to support the clients website, paid ads and out-of-home advertising.
Concept to completion
Our creative process included a location scout, recommended site plan, shoot plan, and even styling some properties and units. We worked in tandem with property management to ensure on shoot day every area was picture-perfect.
Citywide ambiance
We didn't stop at the property - our capture included a 2-mi radius of area hot-spots, so residents can get a real feel for the neighborhood before they tour. From eateries to parks, hiking trails to shopping, we captured it all!
