International members-only social club Soho House reached out to TSI to create an episode of Food Philosophies, their series profiling members' food stories.
Creating visual texture through archival footage
To create depth and provide context on a country with which audiences could be unfamiliar, TSI sourced and incorporated actual archival Guayanese Travelogue footage from 1937. Together with the scenes captured on opening night, they're the visual style completely unique to TSI that tells the story of Chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph's journey to open his new concept, Canje.
